She was predeceased by: her husband Rick Webb; her parents, Karl Dingess and Alice Dingess; and her brothers, Karl Dingess Jr. and Donnie Jenkins.
She is survived by: her children, Ricky Webb of Huntington, WV, Rocky Webb of West Hamlin, WV and Mandy Webb; her siblings, Debbie Blair, Anna Madden, Teresa Cooley, Jennifer (Lee Hicks), Cindy Witten (Iowa), Terry (Debbie Dingess), Ronnie Dingess (Belinda) and David Meadows; and her sister-in-law Ginger Dingess. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, 5 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
