He is survived by: his wife Susan Johnston Collins; his children, Allison Bell (Steven) and Alexander Collins; his grandchildren, Angeleah, Jaylen and Preston Bell; his siblings, David, Michael "Woody", Ronald (Susan), Johnny Collins, Tommy Napier (Laura), Rhonda Gail Adkins (Rob) and Karen Maynard (Joe); and his close friend Don Pruitt. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
