He was predeceased by: his sister Brenda. He is survived by: his sons, Jerry Adkins (Ivy), Kermit Adkins Jr. (Christine) and Terry Adkins (Amber); and his sister Tootsie Shephard. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; three great grandchildren.
