He was predeceased by: his parents, Buster Cook and Goldie Cook; his brother Steven "Red" Cook; and his brother-in-law Ivan McCoy. He is survived by: his wife Felicia "Wetsie" Cook; his daughters, Missy Cook (Cassie Kimble) and Tara Hager (Brian); his granddaughters, Jada and Tori Hager; and his siblings, Connie McCoy (Adrien Johnson), Carol "Tiny" Adkins, Mike Cook (Kymberly) and Keith Cook (Bobbie). He is also survived by nieces and nephews and countless friends.
