He was predeceased by: his parent Arville Dalton. He is survived by: his parent Ethel Mae Meeks Dalton; his brother Tony Dalton; his wife Valerie McMellan Dalton of Huntington; his son Owen Dalton of Huntington; and his sisters, Gwen Richmond (Charlie) of West Hamlin, Annette and Bailey of West Hamlin. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family, friends.
