He is survived by: his children, Hubert Allen Elkins, Jr. (Mary), Vanessa Elkins of West Hamlin, WV, Glenna Moore (Jason) of Harts, WV and Kevin Elkins (Cara) of Ona, WV; his siblings, Fred Elkins of West Hamlin, WV and Sheila Young of Culloden, WV.; and his grandson AJ Elkins.
