He is survived by: his wife Anita Yeager (Davis); his siblings, Susie Elkins and Burman Adkins; and his sons, DeWayne Yeager (Jamie) of Milton, WV, Mike Adkins (Lisa) of Hamlin, Phillip Adkins (Janet) of Barboursville, WV and Brian Adkins (Stephanie) of Virginia. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
