With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara Franklin of West Hamlin, West Virginia, who passed away on February 16, 2024 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father George; her son James Earl Blankenship; and her siblings, Sally Mutter, Elizabeth Mutter, Leslie New, Frank New, Henry New and David New.
She is survived by: her husband Ronnie Franklin of West Hamlin; her children, Molly R. Clark of Huntington, WV, Bobbie J Blankenship of Wolcottville, IN and Jeff Blankenship of Teays Valley, WV; and her brother Jim Tiller of Georgia. She is also survived by seven grandkids, 12 great grandkids; and several nieces and nephews.
