She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Brown and Treva Dawn Wilcoxen (Bowman). She is survived by: her siblings, Gary Wilcoxen Jr. (LuAnn) of Point Pleasant and Tonya Gibson of Milton, WV. She is also survived by three nieces.
