He was predeceased by: his parents, Brent Riggs and Frances Riggs (Bee); and his sister Beverly Vucinovic. He is survived by: his daughters, Christine O'Donnell (Larry) of Clarksville, TN and Billi Riggs of Wellsburg, WV; his grandchildren, Luke O'Donnell, Abigale O'Donnell, Kailey Grace O'Donnell, Michaela Valero (Steven Stout) and Ragan Valero; and his great grandchild Sawyer Robertson.
