We are sad to announce that on September 24, 2023, at the age of 86, William S Bartley of Wellsburg, West Virginia, born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William S. Bartley, Sr. and Dorothy Mae Bartley (Butler); and his brother James W. DeMaria of Follansbee. He is survived by: his children, Michael Bartley (Mary Beth), Jennifer Baker (Paul) and Stephen Bartley. He is also survived by five grandchildren, and two great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
