He is survived by: his wife Diana Matask (Swager) of Wellsburg, WV; his children, Shawneen Matask of Weirton, WV, Jessica Matask of Wellsburg, WV and Andrew Matask (Amy) of Weirton, WV; his grandchildren, Brant Veltri, Marina Bradley and Julia Castellucci; his great grandchildren, Jayden Bradley and Easton Bell; his stepchildren, Benjamin Hedges of Wellsburg, WV and Anitra Ware (Fred) of Clarksburg, WV; his stepgranddaughter Olivia Ware; and his brother Mark Matask (Kathy) of Minnesota.
