He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin T. Cline and Evelyn M. Cline (DeGarmo). He is survived by: his brother Wayne Cline (Ruth) of Wellsburg, WV; his nephew Dr. Alan Cline (Lara) of Wheeling, WV; and his great-niece Lucille.
