He is survived by: his wife Susan Powell (Lazear); his children, Tonya Wolfe (Michael Brancheck) of Bloomingdale, OH and Kristopher Powell (Danielle) of Ripley, WV; his siblings, Vickey Gallagher (John) of Follansbee, WV, Sandy Rauschenberg of Weirton, WV and Rodney Powell (Kathy) of Follansbee, WV; his grandchildren, Ashlee McGee (Dillon Mizak), Rick Underwood (Amanda), Brittany Wolfe, Kyla Powell, Asher Powell, Chloe Powell, Eli Powell, Sarah Powell, Abigale Powell and Hannah Powell; his great grandchildren, Isabella, Logan and Elle Mae; and his sisters-in-law, Cyndi Kisner (Gene), Kelly Busack (John) and Diane Damms (Marty). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
