He is survived by: his wife Nancy Kerr (Gordon); and his children, Roger Lee Kerr of Wellsburg, WV, Vickie L. Kerr of Norfolk, VA, Richard Kerr (Brenda) of Myrtle Beach, SC and Randy Kerr (Cindy) of Myrtle Beach, SC. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, nine great grandchildren, along with several nieces and nephews.
