He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver S. Paugh, II and Melissia Miller (Quinn). He is survived by: his siblings, Robert Paugh (B. J.) of Wellsburg, WV and Kellie Paugh (Donald Mount) of Mingo Junction, OH; his nieces, Odessa, Olivia, Shellie, Jazzmyn Paugh and Jackie Hagler (Chad Hagler); and his nephew Donald "Little Man" Paugh.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Mullenbach Funeral Home to help with funeral expenses.
