She is survived by: her children, Darlene Gilchrist of Wellsburg, WV, Janette Henthorn of Wellsburg, WV, Calvin "Jeff" Walden (Cynthia Kutcher) of Wellsburg, WV, Michele Scott (Chuck) of Wellsburg, WV and Lisa McCoy (Tom) of Massillon, OH.; her grandchildren, Jonathan Gilchrist, Calvin "Brian", Jeffrey, Chelsea Walden, Tommy, Skylar and Brock McCoy; her great grandchildren, Amelia, Eva Walden, Oaklynn Gilchrist and Melody Walden; her siblings, David Hayes, Mahlon "Buddy" Hayes of Wellsburg, WV, Florence Carpico of Morristown, OH and Donna Miller (Bernie); and her caregivers, Love and Mona. She is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, step-grandchildren and step-greatgrandchildren.
