He is survived by: his mother Marjorie Grace McGowan (Bayless) of Wellsburg, WV; his sons, Marc McGowan and Robert Bailey; and his siblings, Daniel L. McGowan (Mary Ann), David W. McGowan (Robin) and Tamara J. Santora (Michael). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
