He is survived by: his children, Neal Williams (Kathy) of Maryville, IL, Cammie Blake of Knoxville, TN, Lisa Snider (Anthony) of Lost Creek, WV, Lonnie Blake (Jessica) of Wellsburg, WV and Rodney Lancaster (Tammy) of Wellsburg, WV; and his grandchildren, Alexis, Emilee, Sierra Williams, Megan Carruba, Shayla and Wyatt Blake. He is also survived by three great grandchildren, and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
