He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale Fiber and Ruth Fiber (Davis); and his brother Harry Fiber. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Fiber (Meneely) of Wellsburg, WV; his children, Kevin Fiber Jr. (Tina) of Wellsburg, WV, Amy Guthrie (Brian) of Parkersburg, WV and Rich Fiber (Theresa) of Weirton, WV; his grandchildren, Courtney, Stephanie, Austin Fiber, Kaci, Payton and Tyler Guthrie; and his siblings, Rick Fiber of Wellsburg, WV and Vickie Galloway of Wellsburg, WV. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
