We are sad to announce that on April 25, 2024, at the age of 82, Joyce Kay Woodstuff of Wellsburg, West Virginia, born in Wheeling, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Joyce Kay may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Hervy and Imagene Chirsten Kemper; and her husband Allen Charles. She is survived by: her son Michael Allen Woodstuff (Deborah L.); and her grandchildren, Michelle Woodstuff Kennon (Dan), Andrew and Jonathan.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the Brooke County Animal Shelter.
