He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Wilbur and Margaret Elizabeth Arthurs (Hoover); and his wife Donna Jean Arthurs (Horne). He is survived by: his sons, Craig (Suzanne Arthurs) and Paul (Denise Arthurs); his grandchildren, Shaun Arthurs (Jodee), Mason Arthurs, Jay Arthurs (Teresa), Chelsea Arthurs and Ben Arthurs; his great grandchildren, Anahi, Giselle, Crystal, Thomas and Frankie; and his great great grandchild Taylor Jay. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:45 PM at the Mullenbach Funeral Home (669 Main St, Follansbee, WV 26037). The military honors was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Ohio Valley Veterans Memorial.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Wounded Warrior Foundation, D.A.V., or Tunnel to Tower Foundation.
