He is survived by: his siblings, Ronnie Withers of Wellsburg, WV, Charles "Chopper" Withers (Penny) of Follansbee, WV, Beverly Hall Lee of Columbus, OH and Eileen of Steubenville, OH. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
