It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jack Leroy Blake of Wellsburg, West Virginia, born in New Martinsville, West Virginia, who passed away on November 14, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Ester" Blake and Mae Zetta Butler Blake; and his siblings, Curtis, Robert, James, Hubert, Fred Blake, Opal Pollock, Beulah, Normaline Dyer and Delores Lilly.
He is survived by: his wife Mary "Joann" Kruger Blake; and his children, Terry Blake (Ruth) of Weirton, WV, Michael Blake (Maridell) of Wellsburg, WV, Kimberly Bland (Todd) of Hilliard, OH and Cindy Mallory (Dean) of Mechanicsville, VA. He is also survived by six grandchildren and twenty-one great grandchildren.
