It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ethel C Chivers of Wellsburg, West Virginia, who passed away on September 29, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Thomas and Sarah Alice May Suddoth; her husband Kenneth Charles Chivers Sr.; her son Kenneth C. Chivers Jr.; and her siblings, Thomas, John Suddoth, Mary Francis Ryan, Martha Markosky, Grace McAlpine, Betty Kins and Alice Yolch.
She is survived by: her children, Larry Chivers of Wellsburg, WV, Patricia Scheider (George) of Steubenville, OH and Kimberley Rotman (Jeff) of Holland, MI; her siblings, William Suddoth of Greenville, PA and Nancy Wolcott (Paul) of Erie, PA; her grandchildren, Rich Scheider (Karen), Daniel Scheider (Jess), Caitilyn Glover (Michael) and James Glover; and her great grandchildren, Tera Palcic, Elizah, Zoey, Noah Scheider, Mason, Adalyn, Irelynn, Caleb, Ethan, Noelle and Hayden.
