He is survived by: his wife Melinda Ann Roupe Smith; his daughter Brandy Smith-Lecours (Jason) of Downingtown, PA; his brothers, Leonard Smith of Wellsburg, WV and Kenneth Smith (Amber) of Wellsburg, WV; and his granddaughter Tegan Lecours.
