He was predeceased by: his mother Jacqueline Ann Huggins (Gibson). He is survived by: his father Chuck Dolin of Danville, WV; his siblings, Drake Kowcheck (Caitlin) of Triadelphia, WV and Jocelyn Kowcheck of Wheeling, WV; his nieces and nephews, Aalyah, Addisyn, Ronan, Blake, Brantley and Kyrah; and his aunt Judy Sanders (Clifton) of Madison, WV. He is also survived by other extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made to the Greater Wheeling Coalition for the homeless at 84 Fifteenth St. Wheeling, WV 26003.
