She was predeceased by: her parents, Myron "Bobby" Davis and Grace Davis (Rager); her husband George Hornick; her sons, Larry and Richard Hornick; and her brother Richard Davis.
She is survived by: her children, Bruce Hornick, Michael Hornick (Jenny), Diana DiProsperis (Ronald), Patti Smith (James) and Elrita McAvoy. She is also survived by six grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, three great great grandchildren, three nephews and a niece.
