She was predeceased by: her parents, John W. Newton and Lola Roberts Newton; her husband William "Bill" J. Brown; her stepmother Florence "Sammy" Ventresca; and her siblings, John W. Newton IV, Doris Kirker and Wanda Gilchrist.
She is survived by: her daughters, Nadine Brown of Follansbee, WV and Cathy Cipriani (Bill) of Wellsburg, WV; her grandchildren, Rob Henderson (Brandi), Jason Stewart, Spencer Allemond (Jaimie), Emilee Stewart (Chris) and Max Allemond (Sarah); her niece Linda Likins; and her nephews, Johnny Newton and Josh Newton. She is also survived by seven great grandchildren and one great -great grandchild.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Reasner Funeral Home (1515 Charles St, Wellsburg, WV 26070). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
