He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy W Smith and Virginia Smith (Cawthorne); his wife Bess Marie Smith (Stuart); his son Eric Ric Smith; and his brother Roy W Smith.
He is survived by: his sister Elaine Davis; and his nieces and nephews, Robin Davis of Flagstaff Arizona, Chauncey Kinsey of Georgetown, Jeremy Smith of Newark, OH and William Donald Smith.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Mullenbach Funeral Home (669 Main St, Follansbee, WV 26037). A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM and at 5:00 PM.
