She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred John Buchanan and Edna Earle Buchanan (Kemp); her husband Gordon; her granddaughter Marissa Rhodes; her great grandchild Xavier; and her siblings, Victor and Carolyn.
She is survived by: her children, Bonnie Sue Rhodes (Lewis), Timothy John Miller (Lea) and Bobbie Jo Parsons; and her brother Russell Buchanan. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
