He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Wilson and Hilda Maxine Coen Miller; his wife Joyce Crabtree Miller; and his siblings, Earl, Albert, Robert Miller and Mina Marie Roberts.
He is survived by: his children, Jeff Miller (Carrie) of Follansbee, WV and Joy Michelle Delebreau (Ryan) of Marietta, OH; his siblings, Rex Miller Sr. (Brenda) and June Henthorn (Chris) of Wellsburg, WV; and his grandchildren, Kevin, Andrew Walnoha, Zoey and Gabriella.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 17th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Reasner Funeral Home (1515 Charles St, Wellsburg, WV 26070). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, March 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Wellsburg Masonic Lodge (1125 Charles St, Wellsburg, WV 26070).
