He is survived by: his wife Darlene Aracich Blake; his children, Tommy Cole (Jeni) of Wellsburg, WV, George Cole (Tracy) of Wellsburg, WV and Amanda Blake of Pittsburgh, PA; his grandchildren, Derek Sullivan, Blake, Thomas Cole, Darion, Lexi and Lani Cole; and his great grandchildren, Dawson, Paisley and Griffin.
