She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Mitchell of Washington and Vicie Lou Blackburn Mitchell. She is survived by: her husband Robert Horn of Iaeger; her daughters, Susie Sheppard (David) of Wilmore, Crystal Cook (Jimmy) of Coal City, Jeriann Thornsbury (David) of Splendor Valley and Robin Whittaker (William) of Wilmore; her grandchildren, Jimmy Lee Cook (Katherine), Christina Cook (Luke Blackburn), Sandra Bryant, Stephanie Addair (Shawn), Joshua Bryant (Heather Perkins), David Wayne Sheppard, Faith Sheppard and Patrick Sheppard; and her great grandchildren, Christian, Kyrie, Cadence Cook and Braydon Bryant. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and three sisters-in-law.

Services will be held in accordance with Covid-19 guidelines, masks are to be worn by all attending and social distancing is to be practiced.
