She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Jack Clemins and Betty Mae Overbee Clemins; her husband Herbert Hawkins; her daughter Alice Marie Ratliff; and her siblings, Carl Dale Overbee, Terrie Sullivan and Gloria Abshire.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Parker (Jessica) of Bluefield, WV and Robin Parker Mullins (Henry) of Welch; her siblings, Ronnie Clemins (Earlene), James Clemins (Melissa), Adam Clemins (Barbie), Charles "Banjo" Clemins (Candie), Richard Clemins (Margaret), Brian Clemins (Joanna), Ruth Champ, Leila Johnson, Carol Hairston, Crystal Combs (David) and Lisa Cooper (James); her grandchildren, Tiffany, Shantell, Kimberly, Sarah, Austin, Aaron, Kasey, Shawn and Zachary; her great grandchildren, Joseph, Brooklynn, Owen, Addison, Abel, Gabe, Cameron, Cooper, Everlee, Baylor, Bowen, Jeremiah, Xadrian and Kanan; and her nephew Jake.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 27th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hemphill Holiness Church. A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 27th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
