He is survived by: his wife Teresa Rose; his children, Anthony Rose (Heidi Philyaw) of Lenoir, NC and Michelle Garland (Bryan) of Bluefield, WV; his brothers, John Rose (Debra) of Culloden, WV and Perry Rose (Vickie) of Carswell, WV; and his grandchildren, Elijah Garland, Isaiah Rose and Natalee Garland. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
