She was predeceased by: her parents, John Franklin and Gladys Bailey Collins (Roger Ferrell); and her brother Jimmy Joe Bailey. She is survived by: her husband Tom Kelley; her children, Randy Branch (Nanette) of Panther and Penny Crouse (Stephen) of Vivian; her grandson Brandon Branch; her children, Alexis, Donald Lowe of Atwell, Marissa McGuire of Bluefield, VA, Kelli Preuss (Chuck) of Pleasant Graden, NC, Autumn, Emmalyn Ferrell, Arminda and Arianna Ferrell of Welch; her great grandchildren, Kali and Jaxon; her brothers, Danny Collins (Linda) of Savoy, TX and Johnny Collins (Kelly) of Denison, TX; and her close friends, Betty Jones, Joyce Curry, Drema Legato and Dot Morgan.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Fanning Funeral Home (4299 Coal Heritage Rd, Iaeger, WV 24844). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
