He was predeceased by: his parents, Jean Oiler and Shelby Jean Meadows; and his stepgrandson Chance Ellis. He is survived by: his stepchildren, Wesley Milam Jr. (Brandi) of Montcalm, WV and Miranda Ellis of Montcalm, WV; his stepgrandchildren, Aubri, Rayden, Damien, Alexis, Braylon and Camron; and his close friends, Mike, Gloria, Nancy and Peyton Osborne. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
