She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Robert Franklin Horn of Iaeger and Linda Kay Mitchell Horn; her husband Jimmy Lee Cook Sr.; her children, Jimmy Lee Cook Jr. (Catherine) of Falls View, WV and Christina Cook (Lawrence Head) of Falls View; her sisters, Susie Sheppard (David) of Wilmore, WV, Robin Whittaker (William) of Wilmore, WV and Jeriann Thornsbury (David) of Splendor Valley, WV; and her grandchildren, Christian and Kyrie.
