With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Corrine Parr Floyd (Welch, West Virginia), who passed away on March 4, 2024 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her sons, James W and Floyd; her parents, Claudia L. Parr and Mack Span Sr.; her stepfather Eugene Parr; her grandparents, Lelar and Willie Nelms; and her siblings, Mary Rose, Rosa Span, Lula Mitchell, Fannie Edmonds, Eugenia Burroughs, Marilyn Harris and Jason Parr.
She is survived by: her husband James; her children, Gloria Bush (Michael) of Charleston, Robert E. Wright Jr. of Flemington, Lethia A. Martin of Charleston and Roy Caldwell of Houston, Texas; her brothers, Marc Parr of Bluefield and Mack Span Jr. of New York; and her niece Rosetta "Punkin" Span. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren; all of her nieces, nephews, and friends.
