With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William A. Horstman of Weirton, West Virginia, who passed away on September 16, 2023 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Henry Horstman and Marie Garrison Horstman; his wife Glenna M. "Toot" Horstman; and his sisters, Aileen Cameron, Lou Fox and Nita Potts.
He is survived by: his children, Janna Watson of Florida, Jim Horstman (Cathy) of Weirton and Thomas Horstman of Wintersville; his grandchildren, Jacob, Justin, Jonathan, Troy, Rachael and Brandt; and his siblings, Dick Horstman of Paris and Ruth Ann Fliermans of Augusta, GA..
