He was predeceased by: his parents, William F. Beatty and Dorothy Wittpenn Beatty; his wife Susan Peura Beatty; his brother Lanny Q. Beatty; and his nephew Kenneth A. Orlando.
He is survived by: his children, Bill Beatty (Kelli), Barbara Beatty, Brian Beatty (Denise), Brent Beatty of Weirton, Wesley Conway (Tracey) of Jacksonville, FL and Rachel McDermott (Kevin) of Hermitage, PA.; his siblings, Earle Beatty (Kathi) of Colorado Springs, CO and Sheila Orlando (Ken) of Weirton; and his close friend Sylvia Varner. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, one great-grandson, several nieces.
