He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Kush and Mary Frances Halsey Kush. He is survived by: his wife Mildred Zeigler Kush; and his children, Karla Pike (Stephen) of Weirton, Larry Kush (Scot Elliot) of Las Vegas, NV, Tom Kush (Diana) of Charlestown, WV, Charlie Kush (Lisa) of Weirton and Pat Kush (Amber) of Weirton. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 4 great-grandsons.
