He is survived by: his children, Suzanne Holt (Steven) of Clinton, PA and Gregory Luke Chwala (James Henderson) of Cincinnati, OH; his stepchildren, Candie Cook (Cheryl Sowers) of Coraopolis, PA, Amy Nicole Eperthener (Michael) of Chester, WV and James Burdette (Angie) of Lakeland, FL; his grandchildren, Tristan Douglas Holt, Izabella Marie Holt, Justin, Jordan, Kiersten and Travis; his great grandchildren, Sophia, Ayden, Jack, Teagan and Arabella; his sisters, Janet Louise MacFarland (James) of Myrtle Beach, SC and Marianne Chwala of Washington, PA; his uncle Donald Cook of McDonald, PA; the mother of his children Dorothy Marie Thiry Cook; his close friends, Burk, Sophie Villee and Tina Hosler; and his friend Tidioute. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
