He is survived by: his wife Rose Ann Chiodi; his children, Melissa Hulbert (Ron), Raymond Handley (Holly), Jarred Handley (Sherri), Andy Handley (Chris), Joshua Handley (Ashley) and Timothy Handley, Jr. (Sammy); his sisters, Cindy Orwick (late Greg) and Valerie Scott (Bob); and his sisters-in-law, Paula Parr, Mary Ann Taylor (Doug), Toni Ann Child (Landau) and Lisa Applegate (Bill). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
