Benson, Sr. of Redding, CA.; his son Alex McCutchen; his siblings, Kimberly Nicholson (Mark) of Wellsburg, WV, Emil "Skip" Benson, Jr. (Sherry) of Charleston, SC and Theodore George of Charleston, SC; his stepsisters, Maria George of Wellsburg, WV and Doreen Thompson (George); his aunt Christina Henline (Leonard) of Follansbee, WV; and his nieces and nephews, Heath Benson (Nicole), Van Benson (Kim Dean), Matthew Nicholson (Laura), Ann-Marie Thompson, Bruce Collins, Adrienne Kramer (Kelly), Derrick and Dana George. He is also survived by several great nieces, nephews, and cousins.
