She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Mitchell Wayne and Patricia Townsend Williams; her pet Lilly; her brother Edward Todd Milton; her husband Steve Toth of Weirton; her daughters, Tedeidra Day (John) of Pittsburgh, Melinda Zweig (Adam) of Arnold, PA and Kristen Chalk (Vince) of Somerset, PA.; and her sister Kathy Nicely of Kentucky.
