He is survived by: his wife Linda White Lewis; his children, Terrill "TJ" Lewis (Debbie Cuprik) of Weirton, WV and Melissa Michael (Chris) of Milton, WV; his siblings, Danny Lewis of New Cumberland, WV and Christine Lewis-Parr of Bellaire, OH; his grandchildren, Dustin Cuprik (Devin), Kayli Lewis, Brielle Michael and Brayden Michael; and his great grandchildren, Luther Cuprik and Valerie Cuprik.
