He was predeceased by: his parents, William J. Stacy and Yvonne D. Morrison Stacy. He is survived by: his wife Denise Bailish Stacy; his sister Cheryl L. Chapman (Ray) of Weirton; his nieces and nephews, Scott A. Chapman (Melodie), Ashley, Brittney, Chelsey Chapman of Weirton, Holly N. Kulbacki (Jeffrey), Sterlin and Steven John Kulbacki of California; and his sister-in-law Elaine Kuehl (Calvin).
