She was predeceased by: her parents, John Woolard and Margaret Marshall Lowe; and her brother Clarence Lowe. She is survived by: her sons, Robert Davis (Sharon) of Colliers, WV and Kevin Davis (Mary) of Weirton, WV; and her grandchildren, Amy and Adam Davis.
